Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or credits.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
Members can still join your club, but you'll be prompted to upgrade before creating new routes or products. We'll never block your members from accessing the club.
Is there a free trial?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.
How do member subscriptions work?
Club subscriptions (shown here) are separate from member subscriptions. You can create your own membership tiers (Free, Silver, Gold, etc.) within your club. Members pay you directly, and you keep all revenue minus Stripe fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoicing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your club will continue to work until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes! We offer special pricing for registered non-profit cycling organizations. Contact us at sales@cyclehub.app with proof of non-profit status.

Priority support includes faster response times (within 4 hours), direct access to our support team, and proactive account monitoring. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and 24/7 phone support.
